2. Zero Client Data Retention for Foundation Training

We maintain a strict Zero Customer Data Retention Policy: Customer simulation scenarios, proprietary 3D coordinates, robotic telemetry logs, and API prompt inputs are NEVER utilized to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundation models without explicit contractual consent.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only necessary technical telemetry to authenticate enterprise accounts, manage rate limits, verify simulation compute allocations, and prevent malicious Denial-of-Service attacks. This includes institutional email addresses, API access tokens, and compute usage statistics.

4. Cryptographic Encryption & Security Standards

All data in transit across our distributed inference clusters is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. At rest, customer configurations and isolated model weights are protected via AES-256 GCM encryption on dedicated sovereign volumes.

5. Regulatory Compliance

Our infrastructure complies with global standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Enterprise partners retain the right to audit, export, or permanently delete any operational records upon request.
